Reception
For your convenience, our hospitals adopt a pre-reservation system to save your time. You are suggested to make an appointment with us before your visit to enable us to provide you with a timely service. Customers with their own appointed doctors can approach the reception desk directly and will be escorted to see your appointed doctor by the reception staff.
Customers with no appointed doctors or customers who wish to see a doctor on duty can also approach the reception desk. The reception staff will register your information and then guide you to see a doctor. If the doctor you wish to see is busy, you will be asked to wait at the waiting area. If the doctor you wish to see is in his/her holiday, you may choose other specialist to see.
Counseling
Customers are ushered into the consultation room or doctor’s office for counseling. You will be asked some questions, such as your real name and address, your marriage situation, your occupation, your requirements and expectations, your medical records and case history, your family history, etc. And you are welcome to ask the doctor any questions you want to ask. Please REMEMBER: As you and your doctor form your operative plan, it's important to have a clear understanding of what will happen during the operation. Asking questions is KEY to making an informed decision. More questions you ask, more knowledge you will get, and you will be more familiar with the operation and know what to expect. Honesty with yourself and with the doctor is essential. It's important that you set aside any awkwardness you might feel, and speak candidly about the changes you'd like to see. At the end of the consultation, you should feel confident that you and your surgeon understand each other completely. And in evaluating your condition, your doctor will give you his/her opinions based on your expectation and health condition.
Pre-operative preparation
According to your doctor’s opinion, you need to prepare for the operation. For example, if you are a smoker or are taking aspirin or some other medication that affects blood clotting, it's likely that you'll be asked to stop a week or two before surgery. About what you should prepare for it, your doctor will give you his/her suggestions.
After being told when the proper time is for your operation, and you are completely ready for the operation, you come to the hospital at the appointed time. The nurse will set up a new medical record specially for you. Then, you will be directed to the Cashier to make a payment. Afterwards, you are directed to do some pre-operation tests or examinations, for example, blood test, urine test, x-ray, and take pre-operation photos, etc. Before performing the operation, you need to read Agreement on Operation and sign on it.
Perform the operation
After changing your shoes and clothes under the nurse’s guide, you are escorted to the operating room or treating room. Then, your doctor will perform the operation as decided before.
Post-operative care
After the operation, you will be escorted to the observation room for a rest. Your doctor may prescript some medicines for your recovery. Medicines are collected by the customer at the pharmacy. The use and side effects of the medicines are explained to the customer. Also you will be told about what you should be aware of during your recuperative time.
